About Us

Who We Are

A Diverse Team United by a Common Purpose.

Mission: The oil spill victims initiative OSPIVV is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) incorporated with the corporate affairs commission whose mission is dedicated to fight for compensation for victims of oil spills, health hazards of gas flaring and transparency and accountability in the extractive industries in the Niger Delta region.
Vision: Strong advocacy for zero tolerance to oil pullution, gas flaring and transparency and accountability in the extractive industries in the Niger Delta region.
For decades, oil spills have posed severe threats to the environment, polluting the air, water, and soil, while endangering health and economic stability. At OSPIVV, we stand as a voice for the voiceless, working tirelessly to ensure that affected communities receive the justice and restoration they deserve.
Through collaboration, education, and action, we aim to hold stakeholders accountable and foster sustainable practices that prioritize environmental protection. Together, we strive to build a future where our land and ecosystems are preserved for generations to come.
